  • What is the best way to order food?
    Currently we’re available either by phone at 510-434-1650, though the place yourorder button on the upper right of the home page or via email at eat@lunch-in.com .
  • How soon should I expect order confirmation?
    You should receive a confirmation via email within 10 minutes of placing order.
  • How much notice do I need to give for my order?
    Please give us 48 hours to hand-produce your food.
  • How far will Lunch-In deliver?
    We deliver within a 50 mile radius with incremental pricing. If you are outside of this area, give us a call and we can chat!
  • What is your delivery policy?
    We presently deliver between Mon - Fri: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. We strive to deliver within a 15 minute window based upon your desired delivery time.
  • How are menu items packaged and/or presented?
    Room-temp meals are packaged in environmentally-friendly packaging that is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable, ready to serve. Hot meals are presented within the appropriate platter or chafer to get warm food to your guests.
  • Can I make changes to my existing order?
    While we cannot always guarantee the ability to change orders as your delivery time approaches - if you have changes give us a call at 510-434-1650 and we can chat!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You may cancel your order without cost to you within the first 12 hours. After 12 hours from the time of your initial order you will be charged 50% of your total order price including delivery.
  • How do I pay for my orders?
    At this time we accept credit cards only. Please contact us if you would like to discuss other payment methods.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    None! We will agree upon a price before the food is delivered.
