how to order Lunch-in

  1. Figure out who wants what.

  2. Type up everyone's orders and send us an email at:
    order@lunch-in.com
    or call
    (415) 678-9727

    Make it something like this:

    Mike — pork sandwich no aioli, 3 chocolate chip cookies
    Heather — 1/2 tuna sandwich combo, roasted almonds

  3. Include the name of the contact person, their phone number, and the delivery location in the email.

  4. When we get your order we will send you a confirmation email. This will let you know that we received your order and will tell you the exact amount due upon delivery.

Things to remember

  1. Cash, check or credit card

  2. $50 minimum

  3. Place order before noon the day before you want lunch delivered.

  4. Orders will be delivered between 9 and 11 unless a special request is made.

  5. If you have any questions about the menu or our service, send them our way at info@lunch-in.com.

  6. If you would like something not featured on the menu, just e-mail us and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.


Cancelation Policy

Lunch-In requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any canceled function where Lunch-In's services are contracted. In the case of a larger event, 20 people or more, 48hrs is required. If cancellation occurs with less than the required notice, Client agrees to pay for costs incurred (purchases & time invested), or the full amount if all purchases are made & prep done.
