the chef
Gina Faiola graduated from Culinary Institute of America in 1997
and moved to San Francisco the following year. She worked at Zuni
for a year and a half before setting off for Spain. She worked as
a chef in Barcelona until returning to The City in the fall of 2000.
Since then she has worked at Universal Café, the fabled Café
Liliane, and Hog Island Oyster Bar. She is the now president and
head chef of Lunch-In.
